Well, we did it! We took a family vacation for a whole week, can you believe it, a week!! It was really awesome. Just a warning, picture overload below and this is only a fraction of them, lol!
Things started out with a trip to the Bay Area. We flew out of Denver on Saturday morning and our flight was less then half full so we had two rows to ourselves. The kids loved it and they all did amazing.

Then we were off to stay with our friends Tina and Andrew (thank you, thank you, thank you!!), visit with Joe's family and to Michelle's wedding reception. I have a terrible thing to admit to though. I forgot my camera when we went to the reception. The bride was beautiful and they look so very happy. The girls got to visit with family we don't see very much and danced the night away. We also got to celebrate Mother's Day with two of our Moms, it was really wonderful.
On Tuesday we made the drive down to LA and began the Disneyland fun. My Mom, Dad and nephew Anthony went along also and everyone had a great time. The girls rode on so many roller coasters including Space Mountain, Rolling Thunder and the Matterhorn. They are so brave. Poor Emily found out that she does not like rides that are dark though and we had some tears during Pirates of the Caribbean and Space Mountain. Poor thing but she recovered and had so much fun getting autographs from all the characters and Princesses. They even got to dance in the parade.

For all the people we did not get to see, sorry we missed you, time was just too short. Our final day we got to take a trip to Riverside where the kids were able to visit their sister's grave. Then we finished it off with a trip to the beach where one of us went for a swim, can you guess who it was??? :)
